Goolwa Christmas Festival

Annual Goolwa Christmas Festival is a FREE event with pageant, children's entertainment, carols and fireworks.

Annual community Christmas festival includes pageant, children's entertainment, carols, visit from Santa and fireworks. The street Pageant will involve about 90 individual floats and bands culminating with Santa Clause.

The Christmas Festival is held at the Goolwa Oval and provides the community with food and refreshments, entertainment and a spectacular fire works display as the finale to the festival. The fire works light up the sky at around 9.15pm. Local school children provide a choir to sing Christmas Carols for the enjoyment of the community.

This is an alcohol free event. This is hosted jointly by the Lions Club or Goolwa and the Goolwa Rotary Club.
